Recently i was shopping in my local store and saw that "Vitamin Water" was on sale. I read the label and decided ok its not too much carbs so i'll try it. Its 13 grams of carbs per serving with 2.5 servings per bottle. WOW did i take an instant liking to this stuff !! I didnt try it for the vitamin aspect of it because in my opinion there isnt near enough in there to make any difference, i just tried it because i wanted something new to drink. I got the " defense" one which is rasberry-apple( vit c + zinc) anyone else drink this stuff ? It really is good

I LOVE vitamin water!! Being diabetic, it's my alternative to fruit juices, and is probably better for you than drinking all the chemicals in diet soda. My favorite is Focus (strawberry-kiwi)

i agree diane...it is great stuff

Yes, I love it. I'm not a big fan of straight H2O. So, even if it doesn't have many vitamins, it is motivation for hydration. Hey, that's a good marketing line: vito H2O it's motivation for hydration.

We got a plethora of vitamin drinks out here!!

Though, what few people may know, the Vit C and zinc are the two elements that prevent colds.

In most cases, the "unused" vitamins just pass through, but in our case, since most is malabsorbed, it's passed anyways. So, by taking more in, the percentage of being absorbed increases...anyone can correct me on this, but this is my perception.
