Anyone with CFRD who is pancreatic sufficient?

I am going to endocrinology tomorrow. My CF pulmonologist sent me to the endocrinologist who sees CF patients at the same hospital (CFF accredited center). I have a rare thyroid condition that can affect blood sugar. I was wondering if my blood sugar may also be affected by my CF. I am pancreatic sufficient. I had one AiC test that was just a little high.

My symptoms are:
1. fatigue worst 2 hours after eating, carbs with protein have less impact that carbs without protein
2. headache when hungry
3. Hungry 1 to 2 hours after a high carb meal, but 5 hours after a high protein/vegetable low carb meal
4. Symptoms worse when ill in that carbs affect me much worse
5. Increased thirst

Any suggestions on what to ask the endocrinologist? What tests should be done?

I would ask about getting continuous glucose monitoring for cf related diabetes, as well as an assessment of your digestive enzymes. It would probably be wise to ask what the warning signs for complications like pancreatitis would look like if that were to come up down the road.

Let us know how it goes.
