Attacking Anxiety & Depression

I know many have talked here about having anxiety and depression. I suffer from panic attacks and insomnia.

Well, having the insomnia that I do, I kept seeing this program called Attacking Anxiety & Depression program, created by Lucinda Bassett on infomercials late at night.

Well, I finally gave in and ordered the program last night.

It is suppose to be here within 10 days and I will let you all know how it is working. I did some research on it and it seems like a great program.

Now, I had to pay $15.00 for a 30 day trial of the program, and if it works and I decide to keep it, it will cost about $420.00. It better be a darn good program for that much.

If it is a good program and I decide to keep it, if anyone would like maybe I could make copies of the tapes and send it to whoever would also like to try it.

I will keep you all informed on how it is working!

Just wanted to say I think its great that you are trying to help yourself in this way. I too have battled my depression/anxiety for several years now. It's really hard-but so rewarding. I hope this helps you-good for you for trying to fight.

when I was waiting for my first transplant, I had many panic attacks and I ordered the tapes and book from Luicinda. I sold it on Ebay a year later. I thought they were ok.

I found the book energy medicine so much better for me. To each his own and I believe if you use her tapes and do your homework it will help you.

There are many causes to anxiety so if you find the triggers that is the main thing. Many people who experience anxiety never know what is causing them to feel the way they do.

For me, my anxiety was related to the excessive Carbon dioxide level and knowing that I was dying of CF. That is enough to send anyone into major panic mode.

For my second tx, the waiting period was similar and the tools I used in the energy medicine book was the best. Much better than anything that I have done.

It is a technique called Emotional freedom technique and the founder is Gary Craig. Donna Eden just wrote another book with Gary Craig.

If you can get your money back on the tapes of lucinda I would. You will be saving alot of money in my opinion.
