Baby bottle sterilizer question

We just got our baby bottle sterilizer last night, and I have some concerns about it.

It is the one that came with our Cayston set up.

Anywhoo... It barely runs for 3 minutes and that includes warm up time. So actual steam time is less. I tried to run two cycles back to back and it wont turn on again for at least 30 minutes.

I thought 5 -10 minutes was the gold standard, but I cannot remember where I heard that.

Something in my brain is saying it takes that amount of full blown heated steam, to sterilize bad bugs like Psuedomonas and MRSA. The reason we are on the cayston in the first place is because of pseudomonas, so I am sure I am being paranoid, but I dont want to assume anything with out double checking first.

Can anyone help me figure this out? I am going to go google my brains out but thought I would ask here first. Thanks in advance.

PS
This is the sterilizer in question. The box says 6 minutes, but the instruction book says it runs for 3, and timing test proved the sterilizer ran for 3 minutes. The neb cups inside were just moist and not steaming hot like I expected.
