Baby with potential CF due soon - questions from its Mum

Hello everyone out there,
I'm hoping for some answers of other patents who found out about the child's CF during pregnancy, or of anyone else who might be able to help..
I have been wondering whether there might be a connection between the potential CF of my unborn child (38th week of pregnancy, echogenic bowel since week 24, both parents carriers) and the diarrhea I have been experiencing during the last 10 weeks or so. Might the fetus' pancreas insufficiency lead to symptoms in the mother?
Would you agree that a non-dilated small bowel with meconium in the colon in week 37 makes meconium ileus at birth unlikely? Or could this still happen in the last 3 weeks?
And, just to make sure I'm not freaking out without a reason: how would you estimate the risk of my baby with isolated echogenic bowel really having CF - surely higher than the
statistical 25% of any child of two carriers?

Thank you very much for your answers!

I don't have answers for you, but I too have wondered about symptoms during pregnancy while carrying a cf child. I had gallbladder attacks while pregnant with Dekorrah, and ended up having it taken out shortly after he was born. The only other time in my life that I had a gallbladder attack was while I was pregnant with Savannah, our full term stillbirth that may or may not have been cf related.
