It seems like a lot of people have been having a rough time on here lately. Bad days are inevitable with CF, but I thought it might be helpful or at least fun to share the little things we do to cheer ourselves up
to start, I like to:

-photography browse (books, magazines, online, etc)
-baked goods, fresh out of the oven! banana bread is my favorite
-sip chai tea
