Bed elevation

For a single bed;

I am getting this for my daughter so that she doesn't get as congested throughout the night from laying flat. she doesn't like heaps of pillows.

For double bed to kingsize bed;

Looks cool, my daughter has a wedge foam pillow that she uses from time to time - pretty much the same idea only it goes on top of the mattress.

I used to have 2 wooden blocks under the feet end of my bed. Of about 20 centimeters high i think. So we did just the opposite. So the mucous wouldn't go to my lower lobes when lying down.

Ofcourse when i was too congested i would prop op a few pillows hehe.
