My tummy has expanded a little since last year's bathing suit season. I have a few old two piece suits and just dont feel comfortable in them because my belly bulges a lot. So I went shopping for a new one and I found one (yay!). While I was trying them on, my belly bulged a lot. And yes I know I have put on weight since last year (no I am NOT pregnant) but I think that a lot of it was bloating.
So now to the point...How is bloating connected to our enzymes that we take? I take four Ultrase MT20's. I noticed that when I switched to four my BM's got very regular and I was happy. No more messy or oily bathroom trips. Well in the last few weeks, maybe months, by BM's are sometimes VERY hard. It hurts to go sometimes. I dont get gas pains very often nor was I having much gas at this time. So, I decided to try going back down to three enzymes...well you all know what happens with that...more gas, more oily bm's. I am wondering if this is all connected to my bloating. I have never had to switch my enzymes to a different brand, but maybe now. Would it really be all that different if I switched? Would it possibly help my bloating? Could it maybe help my hard BM's?
Sorry if this is TMI, but I wanted to get some advice before I go to my doctor with the questions.
