(which they strictly say we can't do)

Off the top of my head.. these are some of the things that might possibly increase $ to the website. Add keywords to the website. You also need to fix it so that you have a site name rather than just 'Page title.' When you google "cf male infertility" your site does pop up, but as 'Page title.' From what I remember you're using geocities page builder for the site.. there should be an option to add keywords and edit the title rather easily. When you open the page builder in the toolbar under Format there should be a 'Page properties' option. When you open that there is an area to add both. For keywords put something like "cf infertility, cf male infertility, cystic fibrosis, cystic fibrosis male infertility, cystic fibrosis infertility, cystic fibrosis pregnancy, IVF" etc. Keywords help identify your site better and they also help when people are searching for your site, or a site for cf male infertility.
Also your search function doesn't work. Google has an option to add a search bar to the site and get more $, I would suggest doing this.
