Graycie has always had blowouts every single morning. I mean poo everywhere, up her back, down her legs, all over the crib. I mean really lots and really gaggy. We start the bath before we even get her out of the crib. I believe she is at the highest dose of enzymes so I have no idea and can't believe this is how it will always be. How on earth can we start potty training when she blows her diapers like this. Not just overnight either there are times when my daughter actually had to stop the car and take her out and practically hose her and her carseat down. I was trying to change her this weekend morning(she stayed with us) and was gagging so bad that Graycie was saying K Nana K? Is there such a thing as to much enzymes and if not why won't they raise hers?

If she is on the maximum dose for her size, perhaps it would be worth looking into a different kind of enzyme. Your daughter could talk to the doctor about other brands available. Unfortunately options are limited right now due to FDA involvement, but there are currently three available. Good luck!

wow!! that sounds so familiar!!! my daughter has the same issues, they finally upped her dose of prevacid (for reflux) to the max dose also along with the max dose of enzymes and this has seemed to help. the prevacid helps the enzymes to work better by producing a more alkaline environment in the stomach....we still have our days but this has seemed to work. (of course she had to do it all over the dr's office before they would do something about it, LOL) good luck!!!
