Bone Pain Related to Weather?

THis morning it is raining here, so of course my sinuses are in full blown flare up, but today for some reason that I am beginning to wonder if it is weather related.. My hips, bilaterally, are in so much pain.. I can't bend over, I can lift my legs, and they are hurting really bad... (work should be a blast tonight)

I didn't do anything different, yesterday, I did play with my goddaughter for most of the day, but that was definitely less physical then working all day, and the only thing that I noticed change is the weather.. It is raining...

Anyone think it could be weather related??? My Vitamin D level has been really, severely low, but I am taking medication not to improve it.. so who knows?

I don't know what you do for a living (sorry!) but with me, playing with my daughter involves a bunch of totally different muscle groups than the other stuff I do during a typical day- mainly, my hips, legs and back . My DH feels the weather changes coming in the foot bone he broke several years ago, however.

I have the same problem the last few days. Doctor didn't know why and neither did I. Maybe it is the weather. Its getting better though.

Most likely. My bones ache in some places when the weather changes and my chest especially reacts strongly when the wetaher changes suddenly. Yesterday for example I did my neb and physio twice but to no avail, i felt like utter sh*t. Today it's humid and i have some releif, but def. when the weather changes it affects me hugely. That's prob all it is with you too!

My arthritis always flare really bad when its cold (even if the room I'm in is cold). I'm always cranking the heaters and roasting my poor hubby.

I also find my pain can be affected by the weather.

Check out this link from the weather channel, which has an aches and pains forecast: http://www.weather.com/activit...sandpains/?from=footer

They also have a short explanation as to how the weather is thought to affect aches and pains here:http://www.weather.com/activit...andpains101/index.html

As to how scientifically accurate it is, I don't know. Some people think it's all mental, but I'm not sure I agree with that. I admit when I'm depressed my body tends to be a little more painful, but the pain I feel from the weather is a lot more than the pain I get from just being depressed.
