Books/Resources for Counsellor helping 11yo with CF

my name is Stephen. I am a school counsellor in syndey Australia. I am seeking booklets/books/resources or anyhting to assist a child with CF. Hope someone can help

You might have your best luck by looking at the CF foundation's web site: www.cff.org. There are numerous books and phamplets that discuss children with cf (at various ages) and their experiences with school, sports, etc. Specifically, what kind of help does your student need? Emotional support? I'm in the helping field and if you email me, I could maybe give you a few ideas. Good luck.

PS - you may want to find out which cf center your student attends and then talk to his social worker. Most clinics have these. If not, a local hospital social worker might be of some help - at least for a referral if nothing else.
