Breathing Treatment and Tredmill

Have any of you ever tried doing your breathing treatments and walking on the tredmill at the same time?

This question comes up for the simple reason...Time...sometimes with work and coming home and doing homework with my daughter and bathing her and ironing her uniform for the next day....i want to exercise and do my treaments but i run out of time way too soon.

Is it possible to do both? Is it healthy?

I think Amy/Sakasuka did something like that. May have been her eflow and another piece of medical equipment.

I did it all the time. The only thing I had to watch out for is making sure the tubes didn't get caught in the exercise equipment. I loved it, not only did it save time, but because I was exercising and breathing harder it made the treatments more effective.

I too remember reading that Sakasuka did her nebs/vest & treadmill at the same time...Personally I can't even imagine doing that.

For me if I do not get on the treadmill first thing then I know I will not. So treadmill first then nebs/vest. Good luck with finding a routine that you can stick to...it's worth it so don't give up trying.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
