Hi all, I was wondering about bugs/bacteria.

We have bugs in our mucus, which we get analyzed so and so often.

Are these bugs that "normal" people also have? Or it is just for CF'ers?

i think every one gets them but our mucus in our lungs hold it in there and thats what makes us sick

most of the bugs we get only make CFers sick because we have so much mucus which allows it to colonize, thats why only CFers can't be around each other but we aren't a risk to "healthy" people.
