Buying groceries online

Who does it and from what site? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I've been trying to find ways to cutdown on the expense of grocery shopping. I looked into the grocery game, but there is only one store in the heart of Reading...I couldn't believe it.

I also looked into online coupons but not even the local Walmart takes them anymore because people have changed them using PhotoShop.

It's like it's impossible to save money on groceries...Does anyone use an online grocery shopping site? If so, which one do you use? I'm sure living in Reading there are places nearby that would deliver. Have you found it worth it? Can you use online coupons? Do you know of places that even accept online coupons?

Thanks! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

All my grocery stores still take internet printables. I don't rely on them too much though, because, like you said lots of people are ruining it by taking advantage and acting illegally.

I have a set of products I know I buy, so when a good coupon comes up in the Sunday papers, I go to TheCouponClippers.com and order a whole stack of those coupons. For $4 or $5 a month, I wind up with a bunch of what I need, and none of what I don't.

I use the FREE grocery/coupon match ups on AFullCup.com
Since I started this, I've cut our weekly grocery bill from $170 down to $100. Thats just under a $300 a month savings!!!

I don't know much about online grocery ordering, but I thought I'd share what I do know. HOpe it helps.

i dont know if you would be interested in this....but there is a nationwide program thru various churches called AngelFood Ministries....there is no income or religious qualification. you just order what you want, pay for it and then pick it up. you get alot of food for around $30. its not "namebrand", but in this economy im not sure that matters much anymore!! the website is either angelfoodministries.com or .org.....i forget which, but it may be worth looking into. alot of people i know have been pleased with it! God bless.

Oh yes! I've been couponing since October. I buy 2 newspapers a week and just use my local supermarkets online sales flyer to make my list and match up what coupons I have to it. Most times I can just remember what coupons I have so no need for sites that do the matching for me. I keep my coupons in a binder so I can find them easily, there are instructions on Hotcouponworld on how to make one and people post their pics. I save a lot, get grins from the cashiers and it's nice to have a full pantry. I could get much more if I were willing to eat more processed food but to me that is not worth the price health wise.

Hotcouponworld is my main resource. I also sign up for free samples when I can because they often come with coupons. My supermarkets don't take internet coupons so I look for coupon booklets and circulars when I shop. PM me if you have any questions.
