I'm married to a man with CF, but I don't have it so I can't offer any personal advice.
I did want to let you know that this topic has been discussed a lot before, Here are some links for you to check out, while you are waiting for some responses on your thread.

There use to be quite a few more, but I can't seem to find them.
The biggest concern you will hear is spreading bugs between eachother that one of you doesn't have. Not necessarily preventable either if you are in a relationship. You are still young, but I am not one to talk or judge on the matter because I met my now husband when I was 16 and he was 19. I knew I loved him then and I knew I wanted to marry him then. People will try to tell you that you are too young. Some people are right and some are wrong, I really feel it depends on the maturity of the individual. How ready are you, how focused about your life are you? Those sorts of things. Are you two ready to committ to eachother? Not get married tomorrow, but are you serious about it and committed to being together in the future.
Those are things both of you should really discuss and think about individually. I for one don't think true love can be dictated by anything... illness, impending death, disability, learning problem. IF you love somebody and are truely IN LOVE with that person, sure you think about it, it's not like it will go away, but it doesn't change your feelings for them.
Best of luck,
