The higher calorie one is thicker so before you go investing in it....I would recommend trying just 1 or 2 & see if she likes it AND tolerates it.
Its much heavier on the stomach then the 370. IF you can get it in her & around the same amount of the can then I would go for it because its that many more calories.

Melissa's advice is first hand -- so all I'll say is that if gaining is an issue for your dd, than give it a try. I've also added heavy cream to my dd's drinks. Just a little bit adds a lot of calories.

Have you tried using the regular CIB powder? I mix up a packet with 1 cup whole milk and an ounce of cream -- actually I make a quart of it and keep it in the fridge to serve with breakfast and supper. DS prefers the vanilla and I get it at Sam's club for a lot less than the grocery store.
