caughing questions

i have always wondered this at night i tend do biking or some sort of exercise keep in mind my fev1 is around 30% and im 22 so my main question is should you do exercise and somewhat make yourself cough push yourself a little more till you cough or is it better to go a little slower and not lets say force yourself to cough don't know if it makes any sense to anybody but what im trying to say is it bad to make yourself cough or is it better to let it come up another question i got how do you guys deal with waking up in the morning and coughing alot any ways of sleeping at night or any tips on how to make it so its not a cough fest every morning i drinks lots of water i some time take a shower to make it easier just wondering if any one out there has any other ways of making mornings easier.

First, please, use punctuation. Your message was very hard to read.

It's not good to force yourself to cough. You should work until the mucus can come out in 3-4 coughs. Don't overwork yourself. Get a finger oxymeter and keep track of your oxygen saturation.

Nothing on avoiding the morning coughing fit. It will happen as long as you have infection, since lying down unavoidably makes it easier for the mucus to travel out of your lungs.
