CF and BF friendly antihistamine?

I have a sore throat which I think was caused by allergies/excess mucus in my sinuses. It started yesterday after I went for a short jog outside. I haven't taken antihistamines regularly since my CF diagnosis and I don't know what is ok and won't dry me out too much. I'm still breastfeeding Amelia but she's big at 21.6 lbs so I don't have to be as concerned about what gets in my milk.

morgan is a p-mite compared to amelia, well not that much. i guess if i was still breastfeeding she would be more plump. she will be 8 months on the 10th and she weighs 16.7 lbs. she's only in the 25 percentile for her age.

Most of it is genetics - DS was/is breastfed and was 17 lbs at 13 months. My 2yo nephew was breastfed till he was almost 2 and is still only 20 lbs. His 3 month old little brother is 15 lbs and 24 inches already - also breastfed. So you just never know.
