I just thought I would share a link I received from someone in another group (ADHD) and thought it could be cool if one of our kids came up with something and won!

The creator of the Arthur cartoon program on PBS is asking children to come up with a cartoon character who has 'special challenges' to high light the issues of children with special needs. You can read about how to enter the contest at this link...

I got this at school, too. One of the 4th graders in my school is creating an armidillo that does not speak English...kind of a uniquie twist on "Special needs."

I thnk I will encourage my daughter to think about making a Cf'er to be Arthur's new buddy...

Good luck to all who enter!
