I was wondering if anyone with a 3 month old, knows the best time for us to give her pd's to her . we only do them once a day , we don't know witch one would be best , mourning or night .

I think you should figure out when you can get her pd done when she hasn't just eaten, because I think you need to wait 1-2 hours after eating when they are that little to prevent reflux issues (which most CFers seem to have). In my experience, evenings would be better, because you might get her used to it and have it help her fall asleep eventually. BUT, if she is developing any lung gunk, early in the day might be better, because it would move around anything that might have settled through the night.

Thanks Heather . She doesn't have anything in her lungs,we are going to try at night.

Do you thank we should do the pd's more than once a day even if the doctor says thats all she needs ?

I agree with Heather. I would try night first, but if she seems junky in the morning then that would be better.

By all means do it more then once a day. It will not hurt her. If anything it will get her & you use to doing it more frequently so when she does need it more there is no real transition.

Unlike meds.....the CPT/PD isnt a "foreign" substance.
