My former neighbor is running the Chicago Marathon in October and decided to do it on behalf of Francis! Now that we're almost a year into diagnosis and treatments and all the stuff, we're ready to participate in the fundraising, so I made a great brochure (if I do say so myself) and sent it to my Xmas card list, my parents and in-laws so that they could send to theirs, and to every possible mom's e-group I hear from. Any othet suggestions?

oh, and, I found it really helpful to keep a stack in the car to leave or post whereever I happened to go...library, bank, post office, gas station...rather than try to canvas every place to drop them off, I jsut focused on taking brochrues everywhere I normally went for a month or so, and got several friends to do the same. Figured I hit about as many places, and I did 't have to dedicate any extra time to do it.
