Cleaner Air

I have a daughter who is 5 yrs old. We recently sold our home to move into a more country like setting for better air quality. Just before moving day she cultured pseudamonas and started on tobramycin which she has been on for 8-9 months now. We have clinic tomorrow and my gutt is telling me she will culture again, but there are always surprises at clinic. Anyway, not sure if any of that is relevant but here is my question.
Our new home is about 10 yrs old. We have an electric forced air heating system and we find it dusty. We are looking at installing some type of air system which would make the air cleaner. Does anyone know which system would be the most beneficial? Right now we are trying to decide between an air exchanger and a heat pump, but we are open for other suggestions.
Not sure if it matters but we live in Canada.

Thanks for the input.

Any forced air system is the dirtiest & most drying to the lungs. Most doctors &/or plumbers or others experienced with it will tell you to use hot water baseboard heat. It can be fueled by electricity, oil, propane or just about anything. The water gets heated up & recirculated through copper pipes which are hidden under baseboards. It keeps a much more even heat also. There are not as many ups/downs in the temperatures. It does take a bit longer to get to the temperature you like if the house is really cold. I grew up with forced hot air & any place I have lived until my husband & I bought our home. It still gets dusty, but nothing liked the other units.
