Clofazimine for atypical mycobacterium??

Has anyone been prescribed Clofazimine for the treatment of atypical mycobacterium? My daughter has NTM abscessus and recently started Clofazimine. It took a while to get it, because it is off the market, and not FDA approved, but has been shown to help with atypical mycobacterium. Just wandering what type of reactions, if any, people have had? Also, has it helped?

Both my boys took clofazamine for over a year. Since they were on so many meds at the time, we can't pinpoint exactly which side effect came from which med. however we're pretty sure the clofazamine caused their hair to lighten up. Jesse, who has dark hair became lovely copper. Josh who is blonde, became platinum. Not a bad reaction as side effects go :)

My partner has been on Clofazimine for 21 months and the main side effect has been a nice tan that everybody remarks on. He has very dry skin, too which we think is due to it but not 100% sure which drug is causing that.
