Colloidal Silver

I've heard about a product called colloidal silver which is supposedly a very strong antibacterial. I can't remember where I read it, but apparently it's very beneficial to CF patients. Does anyone know anything about this or has anyone tried it?

I use colloidal silver frequently for infections rather than antibiotics. I respnd well to it and I also have a mild case of CF, so I think that may be partly why. I would advice using it in conjunction with your CF treatments, until you have time to experiement around with it. It is expensive!

I think that that article was very helpful - however, I can say that I have used, with success, colloidal silver. My understanding of it is 2 fold - 1 is that certain brands of colliodal silver are better than others and that something in the process of making it makes it better (i'm vague here, but I don't want to quote incorrectly) and secondly, I don't believe that you are supposed to use it on a daily basis - and being told to do so would be unhealthy. Any alternative meds have to be looked at with a caustic eye and probably discussed with a physician - but I can say that I have had success with several alternative meds, colloidal silver included.

Read my post on oregano oil. Much more effective, and you can use it daily, as often as you want to matter of fact. Not to mention it has a massive antioxidant property that coloidal silver does not.
