Your post is very hard to understand...for the future, please try to use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. Sometimes, people will not read or reply to your posts if they are illegible. If you are not a native speaker of English, I apologize, but if you are, I am only saying this to help you. I know that it's the internet and not "formal", but people will stop reading and what you want is for people to read and help.
That being said, inhaled medications can make you hoarse - it's not an "allergy" per se. A lot of people cannot tolerate inhaled meds (I am one of them). That does not mean that they are allergic.
Inhaled medication WILL cause you to cough - for two reasons - it's putting moisture and meds into your lungs, causing some irritation, and second, for some meds like Pulmozyme, it's supposed to make you cough the mucous out.
Inhaled medications should not give you fevers - an infection will, but unless there is bacteria in the medication itself, your tubing or neb cup (do you wash it?) there really isn't any way for you to "get sick" and have a fever simply from using the medications.
Coughing a lot can make you ache. Coughing too hard can actually break a rib or cause bleeding. But mostly, it makes your muscles sore. I strongly suggest you ask your doctor about "controlled coughing" or "huffing".
If you have fevers, you need to see the doctor in person, and get a SPUTUM culture. This will tell you what bugs you are growing, and your doctor can prescribe the right antibiotics to treat them. There may be other reasons for fever, but given your symptoms, I can only guess it's a respiratory infection.
Unfortunately, no one here can do anything except share their experiences. You really need to print your message and talk to the doctor in person about all of this stuff. Good luck.
