constant fatigue

I am ALWAYS tired. More so than usually lately. I am in college full time and work part time. Life gets stressful at times which I've always thought was the reason for my constant need to take a nap. However, while I am super busy, I don't think I should be getting as worn out as I have been in the past few weeks. Does anyone know what could be going on? I don't think I have an infection brewing, my sugars have been pretty stable too. I was tested about a year ago for vitamin deficiencies/anemia and that sort of thing because of this same problem...my blood work was normal. Could things have changed within a year? Any advice would be great.

thanks

Hi Erin,
Not an expert here, but I would say CF alone with being a full time student is stressful enough, let alone working part time. It is probably just catching up to u, unless u have an infection, which a culture would hopefully catch. Can u cut back on anything, and I would think and hope your health status would improve.

Good luck
Lori

PS....If it's brown, flush it down. What exactly is a Brown anyway, is that the stain u get on your underware..... Go BENGALS....sorry, could not resist......

How are you sleeping? If you are waking up a lot during the night that could be the problem. I was having terrible insomnia about 6 months ago and went on antidepressants/sleep aid. It has worked wonders! Even waking up for a few minutes during the night is very disruptive to your sleep. Now that I'm on the meds I have really vivid dreams, but its because I am getting into the deep sleep cylce that I really need to fell rested and function.

I'm always tired. I'm like brittani. By the time I get up and do my meds in the morning I'm ready to go back to bed!

I'll go run errands and have to come home and take a nap

Erin, i know what you're going through. My day isn't that strenuous, but I am wiped by the time dinner comes around. I have found in past experience that getting in regular exercise helps your energy. When I do that, it seems to help keep me going
