i feel like i wake up w/ a sore throat at least every other day....can't seem to get rid of it! i tried taking Nyquil, getting enough sleep, and making sure i wasn't allergic to my pillow (which has happened before.)

are constant sore throats a CF thing or could this be something else? ideas/ coping methods appreciated. i feel whenever i have a sore throat, it causes a tickle in my lungs, which causes a slight, non productive cough....you get the idea.

i'm wondering if this could be related to a sinus infection.

rock n' roll, everyone! happy wednesday!

It may be allergies in general - if you have allergies that are causing pst nasal drip for you - post nasal drip can lead to a sore throat.

Also is this a constant thing - or something more recent. If it is more recent have you been taking antibiotics recently? I ask because the first signs of thrush for me are a sore throat and painful swallowing.

For the allergy thing - even if you are not allergic to your pillow it may be a seasonal allergy or some other allergy you are not even aware of having.

Take Care,
Lindsey
