coughing so hard so often

Ok, this is something I heard once...had to share & get others people's input:

I knew someone who said they knew someone who said they dated a girl - she had CF and she coughed so hard, so often, that she had the most amazing flat stomach and gorgeously ripped abs without EVER exercising.
Is this possible? I open the floor to comments.

Ok, so that was NOT me, but yes I do remember hearing that on here before.
It's funny, just 2 night ago, my husband poked my belly with his finger and was astonished that it's rock hard. Granted, I don't have flaming hot 6 pk abs, but my abs are rock hard and my belly is super flat.
Now if I could just channel some of that to my butt, we'd be set!

I dont have the ripped affect, but my hubby likes my hard, flat stomach. I remember talking with my CF doctor once about a G tube.

She had told me placement in CF adults is usually difficult because the muscle wall is so strong from the years of work out. It would seem logical especially if you ever had sore stomach muscles from a lot of coughing....

as to the "ripped" look. I am not sure about that
