I am a college student in Oregon writing a research paper on helping to improve the quality of life for someone with Cystic Fibrosis. I am not a medical professional.

My nephew Aspen was diagnosed a few months after he was born in 2004.

This survey is to better help my understanding of the disease and potentially help improve my nephew's quality of life.
