Well, I am not a almost 2 year old with cf but I am an almost 49 year old with it and I love the inCourage respirtech vest. <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0">

I have been using it since January and find that it is much more productive for me then the vest was prior. I like the inCourage because the vest part of the system fits perfectly. They custom made mine because the standard vest sizes (and they have a lot to choose from) did not fit me as well as they felt it should.

Their customer service is tops and I love that the hoses never pop off and that I can use the quick start preprogrammed aspect of the machine.

But what I really like is that I do not mind doing my vest treatments anymore because I feel that my time on it is productive...especially with doing Hypertonic Saline at the same time. My body actually yearns to do the combo treatment<img src="i/expressions/vest.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/neb.gif" border="0"> because it feels so good afterwards.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

We have had ours for 2 months and LOVE it. My ds is 5 and begs to do it all the time. I know this will probably end at some point but for now it is great. He doesn't fight it like he did with manual pt (pat pat). We use the "quick start" setting and it is so easy. ps Our ds doesn't watch a lot of tv, but we have special videos that he only gets to watch during his "pat pat" and that seems to help a lot (at least for us)!

Great service, great fit, superior version of High Frequency Chest Compression all the way around (better wave form helps bring up more mucus).

I'm in the hospital right now and they have the old HillRom 103. I brought my Respirtech and I will only use it because what's the point in using an inferior machine?
