Dark under eyes

Hey guys. I was wondering if you guys get really bad darkness under your eyes. I've been feeling worse and worse over the past year. Past few months I've been feeling really ill and my head hurts constantly. A darkness has been gradually getting worse under my eyes. Despite 8+ hours sleep, I have to take several naps a day. I'm really tired all day with episodes of intense sleepiness. After reading the stuff on CF I have an idea what might be causing it, but I wanted to hear from you guys.

Clear lung xray, clear PFT, age 36 just dx'd

I have them really bad too. Mine is from my bad sinusis issuses. After 5 sinus surgires they still dont go away. I have tried everything under the sun to help them. I just stopped selling mary kay but they have an eye revlitlizer that I found that is awesome at getting rid of dark circles. I will buy it from now on!!!!!

I have dark circles some times. I notices them even more when I have a headache, especially sinus, but happens with migraines too. I have a cousin that does not have CF with really bad dark circles. I have heard it might be caused by allergies or a lack of Vit K. I'm not sure about the extreme fatigue. I notice my fatigue gets worse when I start to get sick.

It's very common in CFers and other people with allergic rhinitis and sinus issues. The discoloration is usually referred to as "allergy shiners." It's the result of increased blood flow the sinus area.
