Delta F 508 or R1066C does anybody has these mutations?

i my daughter has one mutation Delta F508 and one mutation R1066C

I was wonderong, what suffiencies or insuffiecies do they cause?

in some pages I found out that they are pancreatic related?

If andbody has more information I would like to share..
