dishwasher and boyfriend

Back in the late eighties, when I was twenty something, I was introduced through a friend to a newly divorced guy. At the time, I was trying to date older men. He too said he was 35. We were just friends but I knew he had other designs in his mind.

Well when we decided to possibly take the relationship to the next level, He invited me to his house. He was proud of his place and he told me upfront about his idea how he keeps his place and for the reasons why. Well in his kitchen he definitely had some weird ideas. His thing was he loved to wash dishes by hand. He said, I tell you why I wash the dishes by hand. He opened up the dishwasher and low and behold, there were paper files in their and a jewelry box. He used his dishwasher to store important papers. So his dishwasher was his vault. I tried not to act too alarmed as I knew that he was definitely a very different type of fellow that I was use to dating and I did not want to offend him in anyway. He then showed me his closet, filled with his ex wife blouses. How strange is that? You say you are divorced? That is another long story that is too strange to mention and pretty sad. He told me where his ex worked and I decided to go there as I considered this guy my friend and she worked in a nice clothing store that I always wanted to shop at. When I introduced myself to his ex wife it was such an odd feeling as we looked so much like one another. From that point I decided this guy was totally off my romantic list. To much weirdness Just thought this story was funny about his thing for the dishwasher. That is all,

I am sure that is the first place a robber will look is in your dishwasher or freezer. I use to use my freezer when I was single to store jewlery and one day I forgot where I put everything and freaked then remembered the good ole freezer. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

He was a nice guy and back then I was into the macho type. I probably should have married him instead of the ex husband that I divorced. Oh well women are very picky in their twenties. I am sure times have changed though.
