i was advised by our nebs distributor to wash the chambers in hot soapy (washing up liquid) water. and dry with a paper towel. takes about 5 mins to do 4 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

we boil the hard plastic parts in distilled water for 10 minutes while soaking the mask and med cup in alcohol. Then we dry the parts well and proceed with the treatment.
