Yes i take pills! I take 3pills at night and one in the morning! I take ADEKS PROBYOTICS PRVICID and ULTRASE MT 20 when I eat! ADEKS HELPS NOT TO HAVE SO MANY NOSE BLEEDS AND STUFF,PROBIOTIC HELPS PUT GOOD BACTIRA IN YOUR BODY WHEN YOUR TAKING ALOT OF ANTIBIOTICS,AND PREVICID HELPS KEEP ACID AWAY LIKE HEART BURN AND STUFF! I take 10 Creon 20's every time I eat. Then if you add on the other meds/vitamins I have to take. I take 11 pills with breakfast, 14-15 with lunch, and 11-12 with dinner.
I used to be on these vitamin supplements and I would take 18-20 pills with breakfast and dinner.

im not tryin 2 be your doctor or nuthin but if the doctor didnt tell u to take them and you are doind it for fun STOP because all those pills can kill you

<br><br>zyrrodlilsis if you aren't taking vitamins you REALLY need to be, they are very very important for CFers.
