When I stretch lately, my back cracks. It is a good feeling and my spine feels more aligned. I feel more flexible. Sometimes if my back feels fatigued it is sign I need to adjust myself and when I do, it feels great.
My brothers used to...but i don't know how to do it myself. I would love to though, cause my lower back is becomming a pain, and my spine is a little shifty these days. I think i should check up on it....
I adjust my back on average half dozen times a day, usually when I
first get up, and then throughout the day etc, I often have to re
crack my back if its sore when I go to bed....<br>

I cant get through my day without cracking it
after my transplant I would not even attempt to crack my back. Six months later after months of exercise my back became very strong and flexible. It cracks very easily as long as I keep in shape.
My husband cracks his sterum and his back and I can hear the noise. It is wild to watch. Even our chiropractor is amazed at what he can do.
I strech and bend over
a few times until I can
place my plms flat on the floor
and I breath and relax , this helps me.
I am told by my friends I am weird
because none of them can bend
with knees locked and put there
hands flat on the floor, maybe I am
a bit weird <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif" border="0"> , but my back dosen't
hurt like there's does <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
I crack my knuckles, but my boyfriend cracks EVERYTHING!
Back, neck, arms, legs, everything. He does it on
purpose, so I get to call him the popcorn machine <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
I go to the chiropractor once a month. If I don't my lung capacity decreases. I try to refrain from popping my own back and take it as a hint that it's time to see the chiro. if I'm tempted.
I do not intentional crack my back. After some good stretching my back adjusts. I do not know if it is good or not to adjust your own back but if you feel good afterward that should be a good sign.
