Ok so the bottle says 17mg 1 time a day but I swear that I have taken it 2 times a day. Nothing has been moving at all today and I need to get stuff moving!! How much do you all take a day?

I am on it twice a day everyday. It works sometimes but I am usually plugged up. About an hour ago I finished a big ol jug of Golytely..that's about an every few month deal. Have you tried the Golytely?

when i was in the hospital i had major blockage and i was drinking miralax every 2 hours. I actually was on that schedule for a few days.
