Well all my life I have been like way skinny. Part of it is from my cf but i also think part of it is just genetic because my mom is like 115lbs and she is 5'5" and she doesn't like diet she just doesn't pig out. Also my dad has really thin bones which he passed on to me. Anyway my mom is always telling me to eat more and trying to get me to eat anything no matter how unhealthy it is. like we were getting dinner and i said i wanted water not soda cuz water is better for you and my mom told me to have the soda because i need the calories. but I'm kinda starting to think that maybe i should eat healthy becasue it seems to me cf or not a persons body needs nutrients and not just junk. Has anyone else thought about this and has anyone actually stopped eating so much junk food and ate more healthy and noticed a difference in the way they felt?
