Hey everyone,
I've recently had an exacerbation and am not bouncing back like I normally do. I am going to try to really step-up the exercise in hopes to gain the lung function back. The problem is that I have an old foot injury that really acts up after using the treadmill (walk/light jog) just a few times a week. So we are talking about getting an elliptical, but they seem pricey for a decent one. Just wondering if anyone has one, and if they have any recommendations. I'm really hoping to stay at or around $500. I saw a Schwinn that looks decent on Amazon (after reading tons of reviews on various ones), but I'm nervous to buy one blindly because I really know nothing about them!
So please let me know if you have any advice Re: ellipticals!
