Exercise ball w/vest

I was doing my vest tonight and decided to try a few things new.
  I have one of these large exercise balls.  I have
used it before to sit on while doing the vest to keep my abs
engaged.  Decided to experiment... A bit tricky because of the
vest hose length, but I was able to lie on my back (chest press
position).  I also was able to lie on my stomach, walk my
hands forward so my abs were on the ball and head and shoulders
lower than my abs.   It was interesting and effective,
adds some gravity help.  It is a bit tricky to you get used to
it..   I little different then my usual sit and watch tv.
:)  What does everyone else do, anything interesting
and effective?<br>

I have that same ball, I bought it to stretch out my back.. but I
can't use it .. I get dizzy when I lay backwards...<br>

Wow great motivation. I believe anything that you can do is for the better. The more you exercise the better your lungs will be

Hats off to you to be able to have the Vest on and do the ball! Wow!!!!!

I would think the use of muscles to balance & keep you on during the high frequency vibrations would definitely be a benefit!
