Anyone know what legal ramifications there are for shipping someone unused/sealed medication?

Thanks.

If you want them, then pm me.

If it's an Rx'd medication it's illegal, but it's never stopped me, or many others on this website from doing so. If people need meds, they need meds and I'm going to give them.

Above all else, REMOVE anything on there that has your name and pharmacy name, Rx number and anything like that.

That's what I've been told too - it's illegal, but really.... who do you think is watching out for it happening on drugs that we are all using, and more still who is going to prosecute you for sharing something like albuterol or pulmozyme -- these are not narcotics -- nobody is going to care.

The one thing I would be concerned with is cross contamination -- those who are sending and receiving (assuming they are both CF patients) should be aware that there is a small chance of sending a bug off in the mail with the drug (hey bugs in drugs.... hahahah) anyway... might be a good idea to have someone who is not the cf patient open the package, and maybe wipe down the container with hand sanitizer or lysol stuff just to be on the safe side.
