Hmm... at the moment, Vienna by Billy Joel, Sunday Morning by Maroon 5, Winding Road by Bonnie Somerville, and Out Loud by Dispatch are my favorite. All time faves include Bruce Springsteen, Rent, Everclear, Red Hot Chilli Peppers. I basically like all types of music, with the exception of rap.

Hey guys,
I'm a Dead Head, and I dig bluegrass, and that whole jam abnd scene going on right now. But I LOVE all kinds of music that is risky and creative. The songs that I'm listening to over and over right now are: "This must be the place" Talking Heads; anything by Michael Faranti and Spearhead; "Run for the Roses" Jerry Garcia Band; "Kashmir" Led Zeplin, "Time" Pink Floyd as covered by the String Cheese Incident (my fave band to see) @ Red Rocks August 2003.

Oh I could go on and on....

As many of you I have varying tastes. I guess my favorite current group is Linkin Park. In that genre I also like Audioslave, The killers, and the old STP. I really am a big hip hop fan too, I have always liked Snoop and Eminem but really dig the stuff from the 80's and 90's when I was growing up. My all time favortite band probably is Marilyn Manson, I don't listen much anymore though, just when I am mad or have had a bad day. Blast some Manson and the whole world becomes a better place!

My wife and I have also have a group. We became big 7 mary 3 fans when we saw them at the beach the first year we were together. We go to see them every year, most of you newbies have no idea who they are, they sing Cumbersome, a hit back in the early 90's. They still rock though!

You hip hop fans should try Sound Tribe Sector Nine and Spearhead.... they are both really good to see live and have amazing musical and lyrical talent.

I like Garbage, they're my favorite. My all time favorite song, though is Pachelbel's Canon. Ever since i first heard it as a kid! =-) Is anyone else here into classical? my other favorite is Bach, even though he's not really a band so much as a composer. =-)

Pachelbel's Canon is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE classical piece ever. I'm not a huge classical nut, but I definitely listen to some of it. I have one disc among my burned discs that is all "calm" music, most of which is classical (though some is also Charlotte Church and Josh Groban-type stuff).

=-) I have a CD with pachelbel's canon played over and over again, only played differently by different people. Sometime I listen to that until I get completely sick of it for a while. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">
