Target or Old Navy. Both have cool separates that are pretty afforable. You can pair a bikini bottom with a tank style top. I bought a super cheap awesome bikini at Old Navy like four years ago that I call the David Lee Roth. It's teal with black tiger stripes on it... soooooo early Van Halen!

Good luck finding something you love... I hate bathing suit shopping because I feel like I'm too young for a one piece, but have too many scars and too big a distended belly for anything too sexy.
