Foods rich in probiotics

I used to drink Kombucha tea (from Whole Foods, though you can buy it elsewhere, I bet). It has tons of probiotics and some odd yeasts too, I think, which did show up in one of my cultures after I drank it for a while.

I was never sure if it was making me cough up more mucus or making me make more mucus, but I felt pretty great while I was drinking it--about 1/2 a bottle a day. I stopped for no particular reason.

Btw, way-belated thanks for describing your plan of action for hemoptysis in a past thread. Much appreciated. I plan to ask my pulmo which of two equidistant hospitals have better interventional radiology.

After trying many others, I find that best and most effective source of live, activated probiotics is Symprove. It's a drink which you take every day on an empty stomach and I've found it to be really beneficial. <br><A HREF="http://www.symprove.com/">http://www.symprove.com/</A><br>
