I love this website. I have many of this authors books and practice most of these points when I feel it is necessary. For example, the k-27 points, If I have a dry cough due to nasal congestion, I rub these points for thirty seconds and I stop coughing. It is especially annoying when you are talking on the phone and you start coughing and cannot stop that annoying tickle. For me, I rub or tap k-27 (see on website) and I stop coughing. I wish I knew all of these points when I had CF lungs. Oh well glad I know them now.
