Hi there! So do you use the 7% saline solution or just the
0.9%? I would like to start using 7% to see how that works
but for now I just started using the 0.9%. that would be nice
to get my PFT's up in the 80's again!

I use the 7% saline. Thats what my doctor prescribed me, so I've never had anything less then that. When your ready to try a higher dose, it will be stronger, when I started it, it made me cough, until i got use to it, now I dont cough at all, but can still feel that it is working. Im sure the 0.9% makes you cough too Im guessing. I never knew they had a 0.9%, I only thought it was 3% or 7%. Good luck in getting your pfts up, with me my pfts started to go up as soon as I started taking it, cause every 2 months I go and see the doctor and they have always been raising since then, and it has been almost a year, February will mark my 1st year of using this stuff.
