I just bought this product:

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.smartcarry.com/
">http://www.smartcarry.com/
</a>

It's basically a real contoured, snug fabric holster for your firearm that goes around your crotch area, and is 100% invisible to those around you. It is straight up amazing how you can be packing but not show any signs at all. Compared to other options like fanny packs and other under garment carry options, this blows them away (I always did the fanny pack thing myself, but now no more).

Anyways, i'm not sure who on here has a CCW license or is thinking of getting one, but I really like this product (and no, I don't have any affiliation with them). In these times of mall shootings, church shootings, and general mayhem, everyone should have a concealed carry license.

I was out at the mall with my friend, and we both carry but that day I wasn't, and I didn't see his pouch so I assumed he wasn't. We were talking about the crazy dude at the Nebraska mall killing those people on his shooting rampage, and he said no worries, i'm packing. I said where? He pulled his .45 Glock right out of his crotch area and I had ZERO clue he had it. Anyways, just thought i'd pass on this amazing concealed carry product. You might want to check out some of the pics of how this works on the human body:

This is not a lame spam attempt. I have had a CCW license for a long time, and used to carry all the time, but was put off by the options out there. Now, I am carrying most of the times like I used to. Just passing it on, in case any of you guys are interested.

yeah i agree with the everyone should have a license to carry, these stupid "gun free" zones are just asking for some crazy to come and shoot it up, because then they know no one else can stop them. As soon as i'm old enough i'm getting one. i also think that every teacher should be required to openly carry a weapon and be willing to shoot someone, if people knew teachers carried, no one would be dumb enough to try a school shooting

The thought of putting a loaded gun down my crotch is a bit off putting, what if it went bang!</end quote></div>

Well two things. Most guns have a safety on them, if you are going to carry, it's a good idea to have a safety engaged. Second, and I do both of these, I don't carry with a round "in the pipe" (cocked and ready to rock). It would take me all of .5 secs to chamber a round via the slide on my 9mm. It's overall highly unlikely that your gun would cycle while in your pouch, but it is possible (very remote, but lottery level possible). You are more likely to shoot yourself when you remove the weapon under stress if you have a round in the pipe than anything else. Revolvers you don't have to worry about in this way due to the amount of tension needed to cycle the weapon without the hammer cocked.
