I am trying to cut out as much sugar and dairy as possible, which makes finding high calorie snacks hard...especially with Ethan Sky
His 2 new favorites....
I make a pizza crust without any toppings (kind of like foccacia bread, I guess) and he dips it in butter/olive oil with a lot of salt added into it.
I make pie crust and just roll it out onto a cookie sheet. I then slab it on with gobs of butter and a little cinnamon and sugar. Then I cut them into little rectangles for snacking.
My recipe calls for 1/2 cup butter and then I spread on about 1/4 also.
Any other idea would be great!!!!
