Frustrated

The geneticist called and they have to redo Dominic's genetic testing
as Genezyme does not do a full deletion/dupilication test. So they
have to redraw his blood and send it to Ambry, where in my opinion
should have gone in the first place. I'm glad she is being throuough.
His case seems to be perplexing to all who come in contact with it.
Still though poor Dominic has been a pin cushion all summer. Hopefully this will be
the last draw for awhile. I wonder what I can "bribe" him with this
time. He heard me on the phone and cried, that he wasn't going back to
that lab again, because they keep hurting him there. Oh well, thanks
just had to vent.

Aw, what a shame for the kiddo to have to have more blood drawn. I'm sure you're hurting right along with him. I don't blame you for being frustrated. I've found that it happens sometimes that when I am most in need of answers, the right ones seem too elusive. I hope that you'll get the answer you need, and that it will come to you as quickly as possible. No matter what the outcome, we're here for you. We've all had to vent about our lab frustrations at one time or another. Just when you think you can't handle anymore, something or someone will breeze by and offer you a second wind.
